Quick Files ("Application") is developed and published by st0rm ("Developer"). This Privacy Policy explains how the Application operates and how information is handled.
Quick Files is a lightweight launcher utility. Its sole purpose is to open the device’s built-in file manager or a compatible file manager application already installed on the device.
The Application does not include its own file browsing system, storage service, cloud synchronization, analytics platform, or advertising components.
The Application does not collect, transmit, store, process, or sell personal information.
No account creation, login, or user registration is required. The Application does not connect to external servers operated by the Developer.
To perform its sole function, the Application checks which file manager applications are installed on the device and attempts to launch one. This process occurs entirely on the device using standard Android system APIs.
The Application does not access, read, scan, modify, copy, upload, or store user files.
The Application does not share any data with third parties.
When a file manager application is opened, that application operates independently under its own privacy policy and terms. Any file access or file operations are performed exclusively by that external application.
The Application does not retain personal data. Any locally stored application preferences are limited to basic functionality (such as whether onboarding has been completed) and are removed when the Application is uninstalled.
The Application may open system or third-party file manager applications installed on the device. The Developer is not responsible for the data practices, functionality, or policies of those applications.
The Application is not directed toward children under the age of 13. The Developer does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Because the Application does not collect or transmit personal information and does not operate backend infrastructure, it does not store user data on external servers.
This Privacy Policy may be updated to reflect changes in functionality or regulatory requirements. Updates will be reflected on this page with a revised effective date.
